It takes a very special kind of person to say “This is it. I’m diving head first into this.” Then pack up their bags, leave their friends and family, and move halfway across the country to one of the most competitive cities in the world... but that’s exactly what Christine did.
#
But that wasn’t enough, she fully committed to feeling her best. Fueling herself for long days of jobs, gigs, auditions, and sitting in LA traffic.
#
We spent 2 months building sustainable habits. Working on in incorporating both nutrient dense and not-so dense foods into her diet nearly everyday. Nothing was off-limits.
#
Then life threw her a curve ball. She took a month to refocus, remained true to the habits and mindset work we had done, and was able to finish a 3rd month of coaching stronger, leaner, and more confident than before.

Watching her growth and evolution has been nothing short of inspiring. I’m so honored to know you and be part of your journey!

On the 9th day of #DWLBeforeAfter my true love was @akbutton !! #
This gal is one to watch out for, seriously. Not only is she super lovable and incredibly talented... she will out-work you. But she’ll do it quietly... which is even more dangerous, you never see it coming!

She spent time on her most recent contracts hitting the gym. Her shows were physically demanding so we modified workouts to make for happier knees (why do these old theatres have so stairs backstage??) #
Anyway, we’re ONE pound away from Amy’s goal weight but more impressively, her entire body looks different. It moves differently. She can do a chin-up. She can deadlift 1.5 times her Bodyweight. Her confidence is up... I could go on and on. Love you, Amy!
